A complete gut and renovation was necessary for this Victorian. It included adding on a two-story addition that created a family room open to a new kitchen while the master bedroom suite above included a balcony overlooking the yard. A kitchen with a stainless steel countertop and breakfast bar was created as well as an eating alcove.
