Chestnut Street
(Under Construction) This garrison colonial had no direct southern light. An addition of a family room over a two-car garage created an “L” that is flooded with sunlight and views. A new gallery/mudroom with French doors also created a light-filled western wall for the previously dark living room, looking out towards a new bluestone patio and garden beyond. On the second floor, the old master bedroom was “landlocked” with no views to the backyard. Now it enjoys abundant light through French doors that open onto a deck just outside.
